A step-by-step guide to managing project costs with The Company Bot across Telegram, WhatsApp, and web.
The Company Bot is designed to be as simple as possible: send project costs in chat, keep everything linked to the right project, and ask for reports when you need them.
Step 1: Open the bot on Telegram or WhatsApp
Start from the channel your team already uses. Telegram and WhatsApp are equally supported, and the same email keeps your projects connected across channels and the web dashboard.
Step 2: Send a cost document
Photos and files are both accepted:
- Phone photo — snap any invoice, receipt, or expense note with your phone camera.
- PDF file — send it directly from any app.
- Chat message — type a quick cost when you do not have a file.
The bot extracts the useful details: vendor, date, total, currency, and line items when they exist.
Step 3: Tag it to a project
After extraction, the bot shows your project list. Select the right project once, and the dashboard updates automatically.
Step 4: Ask and get a report
Try questions like:
